Through meditation, we practice optimizing our internal energetic state of mind and heart, and learn skills for mental resilience. With meditation, we have the ability to rewire our own internal circuitry (the subconscious), and biohack stress. The practice of meditation has been studied by Western psychology since it traveled here with Paramahansa Yogananda in the 1920s, and many methods have been integrated into clinical practice for assisting individuals in personal transformation. The Kuji-In style that Martha shares is based on a 9 Charka System that has origins in 1000 BC India

Many people say that they could never meditate, because they cannot be still or quiet their mind, and that is precisely why having a experienced guide can be so helpful for catalyzing your personal practice. Having a quiet mind is also the mark of a master, and it can take many years to reach that level.

The 9 Chakra Meditation:

This 1 hr meditation experience guides you through 9 energy centers within the body, from root to crown, using Sanskrit mantras (repeated & translated by Martha), key wordsconcepts, and unique visualizations from the tradition that are specific to each chakra (energy center). You are free to be seated or lying down depending on your comfort level, with the goal of holding the spine in alignment through the practice. Each meditation opens and closes with tuning fork and sound bowl vibrations.

One on One Appointments:

Individual appointments can be conducted in person or over the phone depending on your needs and location. However, Martha suggests in person when possible due to the amplification of energy when physically present with each other. Movement satiates the body's needs to travel through space, steadilly tuning up the physical vessel with low impact body weight exercises, resistance & interval training, and yoga-like flow. The release of energy through exercise improves mood as well as mental and emotional well-being, and enhances brain-body connection while teaching us self-acceptance and discipline. Experiencing workouts outside gives us an extra boost- challenging the brain with an uncontrollable setting, yet grounding us into the field of Gaia. 

Above asthetic, Martha prioritizes physical functionality and using your level of energy & internal state as indicators of personal well-being. Other primary focuses during a workout with Martha include mental attitude and self talk.

45 Minute Workout:

Every workout includes a moment of intention setting, warm up, ~30 minutes of body weight/interval training exercises/abs, and cool down. Good for all levels and ages. We practice in nature for a fresh dose of vitamin D (produced naturally only by exposure to sun), and to benefit from the electric connection with Earth (shoes optional). Trees have been proven to enhance our electromagnetic field by stripping negative ions, helping us leave the workout feeling strengthened, restored, and mentally clear, without overdoing it.
