The 3 Room Meditation is one of the first meditations that annointed Buddhist monk, Vajra Darshan, led Martha through to begin her meditation journey, in 2018. It begins with a focus on the breath. Then, we scan the different levels of ourselves to check for and release pain, tension, worry, anxiety, etc. After this clearing, each individual is invited into three rooms of their psyche to recieve personal guidance & insight. This journey through and reflection of the subconscious is a good way to introduce someone to meditation, as it will be a continuous process of inner exploration, adventure, looking at ourselves honestly and making positive transformation. This meditation is also FUN, and invites the creative imagination to expand beyond its normal limits! Journaling your experience afterward is like recording a dream, recalling all of the details before they slip away with waking life.
